Grace Design Studios Appoints Zeb Scott as General Counsel to Support Strategic Growth

Grace Design Studios is pleased to announce that Zeb Scott has joined the firm as General Counsel, bringing with him extensive experience in corporate law, regulatory strategy, and complex transactional leadership. His appointment strengthens the firm’s commitment to delivering innovative design solutions supported by a strong legal and operational foundation.

Most recently, Zeb served at Eldridge Brooks Partners, where he played a vital role in forming a bank holding company and guiding Oak Tree Financial Corporation from its acquisition of Riverside Bank through its ongoing operations. In that position, Zeb partnered closely with senior executives to navigate the legal, regulatory, and strategic considerations involved in acquiring and managing a financial institution. His work included leading regulatory approval processes, advising on governance structure, and ensuring the organization operated with clarity, compliance, and long‑term stability. His efforts helped support Oak Tree’s transition into a growing and well‑regulated financial entity.

Prior to his work with Eldridge Brooks Partners, Zeb spent nearly a decade at Bernhard Capital Partners, beginning in 2015 and eventually rising to Associate General Counsel. During his tenure, he provided legal guidance across a broad portfolio of investment and infrastructure projects, with a particular focus on Energy‑as‑a‑Service transactions. Zeb advised on high‑value commercial contracts, long‑term energy infrastructure agreements, and regulatory considerations involving sustainability initiatives and energy efficiency frameworks. His ability to balance legal precision with practical business insight made him a trusted advisor across multiple project teams and investment efforts.

Zeb holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, William H. Bowen School of Law, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the University of Arkansas. His combined legal and financial training positions him uniquely well to support Grace Design Studios as it continues to grow, diversify, and innovate.
