Grace Design Studios Appoints Zeb Scott as General Counsel to Support Strategic Growth

Most recently, Zeb spent time at Eldridge Brooks Partners, where he was instrumental in forming a bank holding company, and guiding Oak Tree Financial Corporation from acquisition of Riverside Bank through subsequent operation. Prior to that, Zeb held multiple positions at Bernhard Capital Partners beginning in 2015 and ultimately serving as Associate General Counsel, where Zeb provided legal guidance on complex contractual, commercial and regulatory matters related to Energy-as-a-Service transactions. 

Zeb earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, William H. Bowen School of Law, and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the University of Arkansas.
