Grace Design Studios’ portfolio includes a wide range of certified and performance-driven projects that reflect our commitment to designing spaces that are not only beautiful, but smart, efficient, and adaptable. Our work integrates strategies like passive heating and cooling, sustainable materials, water conservation systems, and renewable energy sources — all carefully selected to balance first cost, lifecycle savings, and operational ease. Many of our projects have achieved or are tracking LEED Silver, Gold, or even Platinum certifications. Others incorporate frameworks such as WELL Building, CHPS, and Energy Star into the design process. More importantly, our clients gain buildings that perform, inspire, and endure.
