Dignity Health North Las Vegas Clinic & Wellness Center

Dignity’s three new Las Vegas clinics offer a delivery model that touts on-stage/off-stage efficiencies. Due to differing infrastructure and floor plates of 11-14,000 SF, the organization of each clinic varies in its approach, but each offers a full range of services within their existing facilities at the system’s Neighborhood Hospitals in the North Las Vegas, West Flamingo, and Blue Diamond neighborhoods. The designs address a scope of services that includes clinical care and free and low-cost wellness classes and other services to these areas. These offerings complement existing services at each campus, which include board-certified, full-service Emergency Rooms and Select Physical Therapy Clinics.

The On Stage Off Stage Clinic model separates the physician teaming area and exam rooms entry with a separate patient entrance. This model has greatly improved, not only the staff and clinic efficiency, but has proven a direct parallel to patient experience overall, as wait times have been dramatically reduced. The clinics have seen an increase in throughput and patients appreciate that all vitals/care can be provided in within one space. Additionally, two multipurpose rooms are available for educational clinics, a variety of wellness programs, yoga clinics and education opportunities as an outreach to Dignity Health’s Community.
