Our client's vision was to transform this Embassy Suites Hotel Hotel into a destination defined by style, comfort, and a sense of play. Designed to become the premier suite hotel at the airport, the project focuses on crafting an arrival experience that leaves a lasting first impression; here guests immediately sense the hotel’s distinctive character and energy.

At the heart of the renovation is a dynamic new lobby conceived as an open, free-flowing environment that encourages interaction—between guests and staff, and among guests themselves. The reimagined space blends functionality and hospitality, offering flexible areas for dining, reading, working, or simply relaxing. Integrated elements such as a restaurant and express kitchen, business center, gift shop, and ADA-compliant restrooms create a cohesive and accessible environment that supports both leisure and business travelers.

The exterior arrival experience reinforces this refreshed identity. A redesigned porte cochere provides both a welcoming gesture and protection from the desert sun, incorporating branded lighting and sound to enhance the sense of place. New surface treatments address exposed masonry at all entrances, while updated railings across exterior corridors and faux balconies ensure safety and visual consistency.

Every aspect of the renovation—from public restrooms to the guest laundry and pool washroom—has been thoughtfully reconfigured to meet ADA requirements, ensuring accessibility throughout. Together, these design interventions redefine the guest experience, positioning the hotel as a modern, inviting hub for travelers seeking comfort and style just moments from the airport terminal.
