Frost Bank Frisco

Designed to deliver a contemporary banking experience, this facility is anchored by the iconic Frost Tower—a vertical architectural statement clad in stone veneer, articulated with clerestory glazing, and crowned by a bold aluminum composite canopy that frames the main entrance. The building envelope features a balanced palette of dual-tone stucco and expansive glazing, harmonizing material contrast with generous natural light.

Responding to the Town of Frisco’s design guidelines, the architecture incorporates 80% exterior glass and a tripartite composition—defined by a base, middle, and crown—to bring order and proportion to the facades. Situated on a prominent corner along the North Dallas Tollway access road, the site presented multiple challenges including underground utility easements, right-of-way constraints, landscape setbacks, and traffic control devices, all of which informed the precise siting of new driveways and vehicular circulation.

Within, the program unfolds around a light-filled open lobby and greeter station, leading to a thoughtfully organized interior that includes the Frost Room, private offices, open workspaces, and a flexible conference room. Staff areas—such as a breakroom, shared work zone, IT/Security room, custodial space, and storage—are efficiently integrated to support daily operations. A four-lane motor bank with teller stations complements the facility, reinforcing a seamless customer service experience through a cohesive and responsive architectural solution.
