MedStar Franklin Square Medical Center - Women’s Pavilion Master Plan
The firm developed a strategic master plan for the Women’s Pavilion at MedStar Franklin Square Medical Center. The planning effort focused on reimagining the campus to effectively deliver maternal and fetal medicine services. Our approach included conducting Gemba walks to observe current operations firsthand, mapping operational and spatial processes, and developing a phased implementation strategy to significantly reduce travel distances between related services.
