North Caddo Medical Center

Established in 1965 and owned by the Hospital Service District, North Caddo Medical Center (NCMC) has evolved to meet the growing needs of its rural community, culminating in the completion of its replacement facility. Delivered through a carefully phased, replacement-in-place strategy that allowed the existing hospital to remain fully operational, the new two-level facility maximizes site efficiency while minimizing disruption. The modern campus expands access to a broad range of services—including surgery, cardiac care, urology, diagnostic radiology, labor and delivery, pediatrics, and emergency medicine—supported by advanced facilities and a patient-centered design. Serving a 226-square-mile district, NCMC also enhances emergency response capabilities with strategically located ambulances, reinforcing its commitment to high-quality, accessible care.
