ReCenter Breast Reconstruction Surgery Hospital
Located in South Baton Rouge, the new ReCenter Hospital is a private inpatient facility with an attached outpatient clinic built to provide high volume outpatient surgical procedures. The surgical hospital includes 4 flexible operating rooms, 2 procedure rooms for endoscopy, pain-management and MOHs procedures, a 22-bed Pre-Op and PACU, and 10 inpatient bedrooms for extended surgical recovery. The hospital is master planned for future expansion of 2 additional ORs and 10 additional PACU beds.
Interior spaces are designed to be warm, comfortable, and hospitable, as opposed to traditional institutional schemes. Studies show that the right environment accelerates recovery, which is why the lobby areas are spacious, with ample natural light provided by large curtain walls, while the exterior features offer timeless sophistication and long-term durability. The ReCenter’s advanced practice initiatives integrate holistic healing with evidence-based medicine, aligning with NCCN guidelines to offer the southern region’s best cosmetic and reconstructive care.

The floor plan and operational flow prioritize the principles of patient-centered care and efficient staffing. The distinguished group of board-certified breast and breast reconstruction surgeons utilize this flow to conduct complex microsurgeries and autologous reconstructions.
With pre-procedure consultations and post-op care available at the same location, the outpatient clinic is designed to offer maximum convenience to patients. Meanwhile, separate hospital and clinic entrances provide different arrival experiences.
