Riverdale High School Renovation

Originally constructed in 1972, Riverdale High School is one of the oldest campuses in Lee County. Our design team collaborated closely with District leadership and School staff to thoughtfully address the school’s unique needs while aligning the campus with current District standards. The project delivers a comprehensive modernization effort that enhances functionality, safety, and educational equity across the campus.

Key components of the work include:

  • Design and construction of a new Gymnasium and a new Science Building
  • Providing contemporary learning and athletic environments comparable to newer district facilities.

In addition, extensive renovations to the existing buildings were completed to support a total of 2,336 permanent student stations and eliminate the need for portable classrooms.

Campus-wide improvements include:

  • Enhanced security measures
  • Expanded and upgraded kitchen and dining facilities
  • Improved administrative spaces
  • Modernized math and science classrooms

The project also incorporates upgrades to mechanical, electrical, and technology systems throughout the campus, ensuring reliable performance and long-term operational efficiency.
