Seminole Brighton Bay Hotel & Casino

This newly completed 165,000 SF casino hotel stands on a previously undeveloped 74‑acre site within the Seminole Brighton Reservation. Designed as a premier entertainment destination, the property integrates gaming, hospitality, dining, and recreation into a cohesive resort experience.

At the heart of the development is a 41,500 SF casino, supported by 9,500 SF of back‑of‑house gaming operations. The adjacent 55,000 SF hotel offers 100 guest rooms, including 89 standard rooms, 10 suites, and one executive suite, along with a full complement of hotel support spaces.

A versatile 11,500 SF event center/bingo hall expands the property’s entertainment offerings. The resort also features approximately 10,000 SF of food and beverage amenities, including a central kitchen, coffee shop, public and private dining, and a casino bar.

Guests can enjoy an array of leisure activities, such as an 8‑lane bowling alley and a resort‑style pool and spa. Operational spaces include an 11,500 SF administrative suite with offices and conference rooms, as well as 19,500 SF of hotel back‑of‑house facilities, encompassing warehouse space, employee locker rooms and dining, maintenance, and housekeeping.

Site development includes parking for 886 vehicles, dedicated RV and bus spaces for 30 units, a scenic lake, and lush tropical landscaping that enhances the overall guest experience.
