United States Property and Fiscal Office (USPFO) Warehouse
This new 97,000 SF facility for the United States Property and Fiscal Office (USPFO) at the Volunteer Training Site in Smyrna, Tennessee was developed to support the operational needs of the US Army National Guard. The facility unifies warehouse and administrative functions within a cohesive campus setting. It is composed primarily of precast insulated concrete panels and insulated metal panels, creating a durable and efficient architectural envelope.
The primary warehouse component supports USPFO operations in conjunction with a Center Issue Facility, delivering efficient storage, distribution, and logistics capabilities. Complementing this program is an 11,200 SF office building that accommodates administrative offices, training rooms, a conference room, and essential support spaces, reinforcing the facility’s integrated operational framework.
