Emerging Professional III - Phoenix

We are looking for an Emerging Professional III to join our team in Phoenix, AZ.

Responsibilities

Engage in collaborative design/production and assist project team with various aspects of projects.
Assist in the development of the project documents, assist in procuring permits, and construction administration.
Lead the design and development of parts of projects, permitting, and contract administration with supervision by a registered/certified professional.
Assist with leading weekly development and coordination meetings as they occur.
Perform specific portions of assignments with responsibility for design, management, BIM coordination, consultant coordination and contract administration.
Maintain all required learning institution documentation, reports, journals, portfolios, etc.
Take initiative to identify project or firm needs and follow through in developing solutions.

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management or closely related field or the foreign academic equivalent plus at least two (2) years of professional experience required towards AXP required hours.
Any prior experience with BIM software (Archicad/Revit or any of the following: Sketch Up, Rhino, Grasshopper, Lady Bug, Sefaira, Equest, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.); and at least 2 years of experience with project work flow.
OR: alternatively, a Master’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management or closely related field or the foreign academic equivalent will be accepted. Must have been exposed to or used BIM software (Archicad/Revit or any of the following: Sketch Up, Rhino, Grasshopper, Lady Bug, Sefaira, Equest, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) and project workflow during pursuit of Master’s degree through coursework or internships.
