This position is responsible for supporting and administering network, systems, reporting, and application environments across the organization. The ideal candidate will perform a wide range of daily technical operations, including installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and documentation of PC hardware, operating systems, software applications, printers, and communication systems.

You will work closely with IT team members, cross-functional departments, and end users to ensure timely, efficient, and high-quality resolution of technical issues while maintaining a strong focus on user experience and operational excellence. Travel may be required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and system issues while maintaining optimal workstation performance.
  • Configure and deploy new hire workstations, including hardware setup, account provisioning, and access management.
  • Enhance IT operational consistency through development and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Deliver exceptional customer service across multiple channels, including phone, email, and Microsoft Teams (chat and calling).
  • Monitor and respond to service desk tickets in a timely manner, escalating complex issues as appropriate.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with external vendors and service providers.
  • Support the design, development, testing, and implementation of reporting solutions.
  • Continuously pursue professional development to expand technical expertise and contribute to organizational growth.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Required Skills

  • Experience with Microsoft 365 administration, including Teams and SharePoint
  • Familiarity with Active Directory or similar user management tools
  • Exposure to remote monitoring and management (RMM) tools
  • Experience with device setup, deployment, and endpoint management
  • Previous experience supporting users in a professional services environment
