Frost Bank Euless
This project presents a contemporary banking environment anchored by the iconic Frost Tower, which establishes a strong architectural presence through the use of stone veneer cladding, clerestory windows, and an aluminum composite canopy that clearly defines the main entry. The remainder of the exterior incorporates a refined palette of dual-tone stucco and glass, creating a façade that balances texture and transparency.
Situated along the access road of Freeway 183, the site posed unique design challenges. To ensure visibility from the recessed freeway, the height of the Frost Room was strategically increased. Additionally, an eight-foot-tall retaining wall was constructed along the eastern edge of the site to address a significant grade change.
The interior layout is organized to maximize operational efficiency and enhance user experience. The open-plan lobby leads to a greeter station, the Frost Room, private offices, administrative cubicles, a conference room, and collaborative work areas. Essential support functions—including restrooms, IT/security spaces, storage, and custodial facilities—are thoughtfully integrated within the overall plan. A four-lane motor bank rounds out the design, providing convenient drive-up service while maintaining a unified and cohesive architectural expression.
