Greater Baltimore Medical Center - Perinatal Associates

The firm facilitated the renovation and expansion of Greater Baltimore Medical Center's (GBMC) Perinatal Associates. This project fulfilled the client's vision to expand the original suite to include adjacent spaces - bringing the practice to +/- 8,444 SF. Their new suite, completed in 2019, includes a peaceful waiting area, exam rooms, ultrasound rooms, a fetal monitoring center and administrative support spaces. Recognizing the importance to serve the community, this project was completed in three phases to allow the existing facility to remain fully operational throughout the renovation process.
