Phoenix Children's Cadence Primary Care Physicians Clinic and Urgent Care

Grace Design Studios collaborated with Phoenix Children’s to develop a new clinical prototype—an efficient, scalable model for family practice clinics to be implemented across the Valley. Rooted in earlier planning efforts with Phoenix Children’s, the design integrates exam rooms, waiting areas, reception, and support spaces into a cohesive and streamlined layout. The Cadence Clinic and Urgent Care became the first built example of this model: a free-standing, 8,000 SF pediatric clinic designed to deliver both primary care and urgent care services in a flexible, purpose-built environment.
