The Tri-Township Fire Protection Headquarters project consists of a new 22,710-square-foot fire facility located on a greenfield site. Designed to support the operational, administrative, and residential needs of station personnel, the facility provides a modern environment that enhances daily operations and emergency response preparedness.

The program includes four apparatus bays with associated support spaces, as well as living accommodations for ten crew members and staff. Residential amenities include sleeping quarters, a kitchen, dining area, day room, and a dedicated workout and conditioning space to support the health and wellness needs of personnel during extended shifts.
Administrative and training functions are integrated throughout the facility and include offices, conference rooms, and a dedicated training room. The station layout is designed to accommodate both emergency response activities and day-to-day operations, providing functional spaces for personnel, equipment, training, and departmental administration.
